1. Open the MP tray. Pull out the extension.
Envelopes
Many types of envelopes can be printed from MP tray.
The types of envelopes are COM-10, MONARCH, DL, C5 and
C6(60~90g/m
2
)
The printer will automatically feed up to 10 envelopes.
Printing performance depends on the construction of the envelope.
Printing information
q
Set margins at least 0.6inch(15mm) from the edge of the envelope.
q
Always test a few sample envelopes before purchasing large quantities.
q
Select THICK paper for better quality.
Envelopes guidelines
For best performance, use envelopes made from 75g/m
2
(20lb bond)
paper.
Do not use envelopes that :
q
Are damaged in any way.
q
Use metal claps, string ties, metal folding bars.
q
Contain windows, holes, cutouts or embossing.
q
Have exposed flap adhesive when the flap is in the sealed or closed
