Creating a Mailbox
1
Press Menu until Admin Setup appears on the bottom line of the
display and press OK.

Press the Scroll buttons until Mailbox Setup appears and press
OK.

Press the Scroll buttons until Create displays on the bottom line
and then press OK.

Enter a box number and then press OK.
The number of mail box you can make is 20.

Enter a name and then press OK.

Enter password.
Deleting the Mailbox
1
Press Menu until Admin Setup appears on the bottom line of the
display and press OK.

Press the Scroll buttons until Mailbox Setup appears and press
OK.

Press the Scroll buttons until Delete displays on the bottom line
and then press OK.

Enter the box number you want to delete and the press OK.
5
Enter password.
