The software doesn’t function properly
q Refer to the System Requirements
The player does not work and the LCD displays nothing.
q Reset the player by pressing the RESET Hole using a pointed object such as a safety clip.
q Check the battery charge status of the player.
In PLAY mode, music is not played after pressing the button
q Check to see if MP3 or WMA files are saved in the built-in memory.
q Check to see if the HOLD button is locked.
Files cannot be downloaded.
q Check to see if the driver is installed correctly in the computer.
q Check the connection between the player and PC.
q Reset the player by pressing the RESET Hole using a pointed object such as a safety clip.
q Check if the memory is full.
q Using WMP10, you can download up to 1500 files at a time.
Backlight does not work.
q Check the backlight setup.
q When the battery power is low, the backlight will go out.
The buttons do not work.
